Gamified Training: A New Concept To Improve Team's Softskills

Abstract


This study discusses a new concept of "gamified training" through creative oriented leadership in improving individual team softskills, namely communication skills, creative intelligence and collaboration skills. Designing training through gamification will produce effective and targeted training. The sample used 106 individuals working in a team in Indonesia. The data analysis technique uses regression with the help of SPS 22. The results of the study show that there is a significant positive influence between the creative oriented leadership and gamified training. Furthermore, gamified training has also been proven to improve the team softskills, namely communication skills, creative intelligence, and collaboration skills.
