This research focuses on village funds, especially in the planning, implementation and the purposes  of village fund allocation. This research examines the impact and constraints on the use of village funds for the community of Banyuanyar Village both from the infrastructure sector and community empowerment.This research uses primary and secondary data that comes from the interviews with the village officials and village communities, documentation and village plans called Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa (RPJMDes). The results show that the village funds have achieved the goal of allocated village funds and have a good impact to the community although there are still some obstacles in their implementation.
