Abstract
This research is a partial replication of a previous study conducted by Richard (2013) about "the influence of perceived organizational support towards turnover intention through employee engagement as a mediating variable". The innovation in this research is the addition of job satisfaction as an independent variable and employee engagement as an mediating variable.
The object of this research is PT. Kayu Lapis Indonesia, Kendal Regency, and the subjects are employees of PT. Indonesian Lapis wood as many as 150 respondents. While the data analysis technique uses SEM, with IBM SPSS and AMOS tools.
The results of this study are job satisfaction and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, job satisfaction and perceived organizational support have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
