National culture can even directly influence organizational performance. This research focuses more on measuring the dimensions of state institutions as a dimension of national culture. Therefore, this study has a purpose to confirm the relationship of this influence through 66 traditional batik and tenun UKM organizations in several cities in Indonesia, namely Surabaya-Sidoarjo-Jambi-Padang-Makassar. Data obtained by conducting online interviews, and also asking the participants to fill out online questionnaires via googleform. The data processed in Structural Equation Model. The results proves that national culture does not have a direct influence on organizational performance, but it can affect entrepreneurial orientation and then affect organizational performance. Another finding is that enterpreneurial orientation has a mediating role in the influence of national culture and organizational culture on organizational performance. In addition, there is a direct influence of national culture on organizational performance.
