Abstract

This paper investigates the impact of naturals disasters and regional factors in the housing market in Indonesia. Based on disaster data that occurred from 2012 - 2019 quarterly and the respective regional economies, this study found that the risk of natural disasters and regional economic factors influenced the housing market with different responses. It is shown that natural disasters in this study, namely earthquakes, floods, and volcanic eruptions, have different responses to the housing market.
