Abstract


The purpose of this research is to determine whether the influence of compensation, motivation and culture of the Organization on performance of contract employee. This research was conducted to contract employees at Loka Rehabilitation of BNN Batam with a population of 70 respondents. The independent variables in this research are, compensation, motivation and culture of Organization, while the dependent variables is measure by the performance. These done using Likert Scale. Method of collecting data are observation, documentation, interview and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, Classical assumption and descriptive analysis of percentages, and all of it using “SPSS for Windows Release 23” software. The results of this research indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, So that an increase in compensation will improve contract employee  performance at Loka Rehabilitation of BNN Batam. Which is where the T-value of compensation is 2.009 larger than T-table of 1.99656. Motivation has positive and significant impact on performance, In the other words the higher the motivation, the better the performance of contract employees at Loka Rehabilitation of BNN Batam. Which is where the T-value of Motivation is 2.474 larger than T-table of 1.99656. Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on performance, The better the organizational culture, the better the performance of contract employees at Loka Rehabilitation of BNN Batam. Which is where the T-value of Organizational culture is 3,057 larger than T-table of 1,99656. Compensation, motivation and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on the performance of contract employees at Loka Rehabilitation of BNN Batam, In other words the better the compensation, the higher the motivation and the better the culture of the Organization, the better the performance of contract employees at Loka Rehabilitation of BNN Batam. Which is seen from the coefficient of determination in the value of R-Square is 0,824 (82.4%) and the rest 17.6 %. It means that 82.4% performance is influenced by all three independent variabels that is compensation, motivation and organizational culture, while 17.6% is influenced by other factors.
