This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, training and occupational safety and health partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The population in this study were employees The population in this study was the Employees of the Balai Wilayah Sungai Sumatera IV Batam Region with a total of 66 employees. The sample in this study were 66 people. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques are using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, using SPSS software. The results of this study that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, education and training has a significant effect on employee performance and occupational safety and health has a significant effect on performance. jointly discipline, education and training and occupational health and safety have a significant effect on employee performance.
