Abstract


This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style, communication, employee training, work ethic and individual characteristics on employee performance and to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, communication, training, work ethic, and individual characteristics simultaneously on employee performance. The applied research type is a correlation study with quantitative methods. The population of this study was 52 employees. The research sample consisted of 52 people, taken with a saturated sampling technique. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The results of this research are: (1) leadership style partially has significant effect on employee performance, (2) communication partially has significant effect on employee performance, (3) training partially has insignificant effect on employee performance, (4) work ethic partially has insignificant effect on employee performance, (5) individual characteristics partially has significant effect on employee performance, and (6) leadership style, communication, training, work ethic, and individual characteristics simultaneously have significant effect on employee performance.
