Abstract
The role of humans is seen as the main contribution in organizational development and the key to this development will involve humans as a high contribution human resource. Innovation will be born from human hands because the realization of this innovation will have an impact on the target organizational system. Competent and competent human resources have value as an asset to the organization in order to improve expected performance. This research seeks to develop a conceptual model in an effort to increase performance improvement. A knowledge-sharing and oriented team spirit concept was adopted as an antecedent in driving organizational performance through perceptions of organizational support and the value of congruence of the five hypotheses proposed. The test model lecturers at merchant colleges in Central Java using quantitative research methods and purposive sampling method of sampling, obtained a sample of 110 using AMOS software to data analysis five hypotheses accepted. The main results in this study are the role of knowledge sharing variables and oriented team spirit to successfully become antecedents. In carrying out its role as a mediator to improve organizational performance, this shows that the two concepts of knowledge sharing and team-oriented spirit are able to drive and become a key strategy in improving organizational performance.
