Abstract


The performance of nurses at the hospital Budi Kemuliaan Batam is very important because the performance of nurses determines the performance of the hospital Budi Kemuliaan Batam. This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance culture, BPJS Health program, work conflict and work motivation simultaneously or partially on the performance of hospital nurses Budi Kemuliaan Batam. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population of this research is 82 nurses as permanent employees in the hospital Budi Kemuliaan Batam. The research sample was 82 nurses. The sampling technique uses saturated or census samples. Data obtained using a questionnaire instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that, culture work life balance has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. BPJS Health has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of nurses. Work conflict has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Work life balance culture, BPJS Health program, work conflict and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on nurse performance.
